What it does.

One instrument in the production line. No test separator, no routing manifold, no waiting for phases to settle, no interruption to production.

The XX Series sits directly in the production line and resolves the full composition of the flow without separating it first. There is no test separator, no routing manifold, no waiting for phases to settle and no interruption to production. The meter reads continuously and reports continuously.

Because the bore is full and nothing protrudes into the flow, there is no pressure drop penalty beyond the Venturi itself, no internals to erode in sand-bearing service, and no moving parts to wear.

How the meter works

Two measurements, four answers.

A Venturi section gives total mass flow from the pressure drop across the throat. A measurement section reads the absorption spectrum across the flow to give the mass fraction of each phase. Together: four separate flow rates, updating continuously.

Mixed flow enters
